The Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa is located in Daintree National Park, a tropical rainforest home to a large range of plants and animals. The lodge is 3 kilometers south of Daintree Village, 45 kilometers north of Port Douglas, and 113 kilometers north of Cairns International Airport.

There are 15 rainforest house accommodation at the Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa, these houses are called "Bayans". Each Bayan provides en-suite bathroom, TV, in-house movies, original Aboriginal art, tea & coffee making facilities, mini-bar, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning & ceiling fan, and wireless internet access in some houses and public areas.
